MISSION
At The Culture Effect INC, our mission is to interrupt cycles of violence among adolescents and adults through behavioral transformation, mental health stabilization, accountability, and discipline. Grounded in lived experience, we promote nonviolent outcomes, successful reintegration, and economically beneficial courses of action toward long term stability and sustainability, with integrity and dignity.
VISION
Our vision is a society where adolescents and adults once defined by violence become evidence that behavioral reconstruction is Inevitable, measurable, and sustainable, creating stronger communities, economic stability, and generational peace.
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to provide a structured behavioral reconstruction system that addresses root causes, redirects decision making, restores responsibility, and redefines identity beyond past offenses, reducing harm and recidivism while creating new entry ways toward mental wellness, economic opportunity, longevity, and sustainable success.

A Message from our Founder/ CEO
When the founder is the evidence, the message becomes undeniable.
At The Culture Effect Inc., we fight for the ones swallowed whole by the system.
I do not speak on these struggles from the comfort of a textbook. I am a Lived Experience Coach.
I am the living evidence of survival, the walking data, and the breathing proof of true rehabilitation. A living expression.
I represent a nation of a complicated culture, and I lead by example.
My story began in an environment shaped by violence, gangs, and the unforgiving streets. Raised by a single mother with a father barely present, crack, violence, and alcohol crowded every corner.
Exposed to gang culture at just eight years old, I learned survival long before prison walls ever surrounded me.
That path eventually cost me 20 years of my life in prison. 5 years in the state of Michigan, and 15 years in the feds.
But the pain didn't break me. Those two decades built an unshakeable discipline, an unbreakable determination, and a burning purpose within my soul.
Recently, I considered filing for a presidential pardon. But in the quietest moment of my soul, I stood firm on my record.
A pardon seeks to erase, but I refuse to be erased. My background is my history, my heartbeat, and my testimony. If I wipe away my past, I wipe away the miracle of my present.
My scars are not my shame, they are my credentials. I keep them so that the next person lost in the dark can look at me and know there is a way out.
