Founder and CEO

La'Ron, is the founder and CEO of The Culture Effect Inc and TCE.

La’Ron is a creative leader, who has aggressively worked in communities, all across the Country. Presenting unique opportunities for the next generations to come.

La’Ron understands wholeheartedly from experience, what it means to fight for the people who society say's

doesn't matter.

La’Ron has already paid his debt to society. Serving 20 years of his life in prisons, for making the wrong choices. Five in The State of Michigan, and Fifteen in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. And, La’Ron has continuously been rejected by the same society that he has paid his debt to.

His passion. His dedication, his determination, and his discipline aligns perfectly with changing the Narrative.

TCE Is a movement that needs water to grow.

Stephanie Martinez

President / Board Secretary

Stephanie is an inspiring individual whose loyalty, kindness, and strong moral compass shine through in her actions.

Her journey of overcoming depression and mental illness has not only fortified her resilience but also deepened her empathy and ability to guide others through their own struggles.

Committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Stephanie actively supports victims, stands up for justice, and works tirelessly to empower others to achieve self-growth and break down barriers.

Barbara Vaughn

Board Member

Barbara Vaughn is a resilient and hardworking mother who overcame the challenges of homelessness as a teenager to graduate high school.

She stays busy managing a full life, raising four children who are actively involved in sports. Barbara cherishes family time, especially during summer vacations spent camping, enjoying the beach, and exploring nature walks.

Her dedication to her family and love for the outdoors reflect her strength and passion for creating lasting memories.

She remains loyal to her friends and family. Strong and reliable, she is easily one of the strongest and most determined women on this planet.

History

We moved to Tulsa on October 2, of 2023, from Battle Creek Michigan. Due to police brutality by Calhoun County Sheriffs Department.

We also took the liberty of experiencing our Cherokee Tribal Citizenship rights.

It's our passion going above and beyond to ensure the community, the people, and the youth, are completely satisfied with our work ethic. While increasing economical growth and reshaping the future of our nation.
